Ray Roenker, who owns the Wild Wing Cafe on Sams Drive, was on vacation in 2007 the first time he saw the game played. He thought it would be a fun thing to offer at his restaurant. He was right. Monday night is a big deal at Wild Wing now - that's the night the Ultimate Cornhole League competes.
