The Sixth National Preparatory Investigation Court on Wednesday ordered the seizure in the form of registration of 100% of the shares of former First Lady Nadine Heredia, in the legal entity called BAKERY 180, which are equivalent to S/7,245 (about US$1,970).
Former President Ollanta Humala and his wife Nadine Heredia are to be released from prison, where they have been held in pre-trial custody for the past nine months. Investigations are ongoing since 2015 but no charges have yet to be filed against them.
