The plant will produce cleaner gasoline from low-cost natural gas, captured bio-methane from farms and landfills, and mitigated flared gas from the Permian basin. Topsoe is providing engineering and design services currently and will supply catalyst and proprietary hardware to the facility. ECTOR COUNTY, Texas The Odessa Development Corporation will partner with a Houston-based Nacero Inc. to build a multi-billion dollar lower carbon gasoline manufacturing facility in Ector County.
