As per the order bearing no. 75-FD of 2021, dated March 4, 2021 issued by department of finance, the engagement of Zubair is contractual in nature for a period of year. “In terms of Rule-194 of GFRs, sanction is hereby accorded to the engagement of Mr Zubair Iqbal, Ex.
