Our CorrespondentImphal, Nov. 12 (EMN): Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh launched venture fund for Manipur Startup Scheme 2.0 in collaboration with North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Ltd (NEDFi) during a startup workshop in Imphal on Saturday.
