Staul started at six 7 00 oclock net and took the Water District a good couple hours to get here. I did speak with a spokesperson from the Water District who said that it appeared to be a routine call for some one reason thats partly why it took them a little bit of time to get out here. Workers cant totally turn off the water thats why a little bit of it running. If they do that everyone here up and down the block would be without water on this Christmas Eve. Right now what they are waiting for is pg e arrive and help them locate the lines to help that happen before they start drilling here. This is 7 news.
