The Andhra Pradesh government has moved Supreme Court challenging the decision of the Andhra Pradesh High Court to grant bail to former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in the skill development program scam case.
New Delhi, Nov 21 (PTI) The Andhra Pradesh government on Tuesday moved the Supreme Court against the high court order granting regular bail to TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu in the Skill Development Corporation scam case.
However, the Andhra Pradesh High Court refused to restrain Telugu Desam Party leader, N Chandrababu Naidu from speaking to the media on public issues or State policies.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday deferred till October 9 hearing on a plea by TDP leader N Chandrababu Naidu challenging an Andhra Pradesh High Court order dismissing his petition to quash an FIR against him in the Skill Development
