Ration Kits distributed to Tribal Community December 16, 2020 Mysore/Mysuru: As part of its campaign to feed the tribal families and their children who live in Nagarahole and Bandipur forest area who are most affected by the economic repercussions of COVID-19, Baalya Trust, a volunteer organisation in Mysuru that has been working for children from difficult circumstances and marginalised backgrounds, with the financial support of Mysore Amity Round Table 156 Charitable Trust (MART 156) and Mysore Amity Ladies Circle 108 (MALC 108), have distributed ‘Dry Ration Kits’ each consisting of rice (5 kg), wheat flour (2.5 kg), ragi flour (2.5 kg), toor daal (1 kg), horse gram (1 kg), cooking oil (1 litre), red chilli powder (100 gm), turmeric powder (100 gm), salt (1 pack) to 50 tribal families at Motha Kere Hadi in H.D. Kote taluk.
