Former nonprofit director testifies in trial

Cleveland councilman Kenneth Johnson walks to the John F. Seiberling Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse for the start of his trial July 21, in Akron. Johnson was indicted on 15 federal charges, including two counts of conspiracy to commit theft from a federal program, aiding and assisting in the preparation of false tax returns, tampering with a witness and falsifying records during a federal investigation.
