Four individuals waive preliminary hearings in Guernsey, Noble counties

Four people facing felony charges stemming from narcotics investigations, high-speed pursuits and a home invasion waived their right to a preliminary hearing Thursday in the Cambridge Municipal Court and Noble County Court.
Waiving the hearings were Myron Anderson, 53, Vienna, W.Va.; Aaron E. Nathan, 22, Cleveland; Leontae Brooks, 19, Columbus; and Rebecca Sergent, 30, Lowell.
All four cases were bound over from the lower courts to the common pleas court in each county. The case are expected to be presented to a grand jury at a future date and time.
A pretrial hearing for a fifth individual, Odonshae M. Turner, 21, Garfield Heights, was continued until March 11 in the Cambridge Municipal Court at his request.
