The Assistance League Sierra Foothills (ALSF) helps to transform the lives of youth and seniors in El Dorado County through six philanthropic programs. One of those programs, Operation School Bell, provides clothing to students in all school districts and has helped those attending Lake Tahoe Unified School District since 2011.
