EAST BRIDGEWATER Months after a cluster of more than 50 COVID-19 cases were traced back to the private East Bridgewater Commercial Club, the board of selectmen voted Wednesday for the town to take action to address issues with the health department relating to its response.
Attorney Chris Kenny conducted an investigation authorized by selectmen in December that found failures by the town s health agent, Robert Philbrick, and the three-person board of health.
