gilroy. we ll talk more about what s ahead in the forecast, that s coming up in just a few minutes. okay, kari, thank you. back to that breaking news we were telling you about which we have been following for more than nearly 12 hours now, the deadly shooting rampage at the gilroy garlic festival. this happened a little before 6:00 last night, at the christmas hill park where that festival has been going on for decad decades. here is the latest. three people dead including a 6-year-old boy, and we re just getting an update on the number of people injured. gilroy police are now saying 12 people were hurt. police responded in less than a minute, and killed the gunman. he s not been identified but sources tell our investigative unit the gunman was not on anyone s radar as a threat. witnesses talked about a possible second person involved but authorities are still trying to sort that out. there was an extensive search last night. we re expecting another news conference at 1
