UPDATED: On Thursday, the Wilson County Sheriff's Office held a press conference announcing the arrest of three suspects in the 2022 disappearance and death of 22-year-old Mya Fuller. Later on Friday, more details about the cause of her death emerged.
The cause of death for Fuller has been reported to have been the result of multiple gunshot wounds. According to the Office of the Medical Examiner, the 22-year-old was shot at least twice. Reports also indicate toxicology reports showed no sign .
