teachers at my school don t leave for random reasons and if they have to leave, they are very upset because we have such incredible leadership. happy teachers make happy kids and happy kids are learners. that s incredibly important and the district as a whole to teach and is extremely supportive. is it a numbers game the further away largest school districts, you just become a number because they have so many teachers there? the same for students who can t address every single problem. at times it can be because i have worked in a number of different schools but sometimes it s the district and sometimes districts put pressure on administrators and the administrators have to put the pressure on the teachers. unfortunately it falls to the lapse of the teachers. how do we recruit younger teachers, how do we raise standards for the profession with respect again? we have 122 billion dollars
