OVER 300 residents from four sitios in Barangay Punta Engaño, Lapu-Lapu City have filed a petition against the continued shipwrecking operation of m/v Diamond Highway in Sitio Proper Jansen despite a cease and desist order (CDO) issued by the Lapu-Lapu City Government last January 2024.
