Muthoot FinCorp plans to raise Rs 300 crore through XVI Tranche III series, which will close on January 25, a release said. The secured NCDs issued under Tranche III have been rated at AA-/ Stable by Crisil and are proposed to be listed on the debt market segment of BSE.
