You are up here with mikva challenge, we are committed to developing young people to be informed and active citizens to create a just and equitable world. Named after two great civic leaders, we believe in the power of the voices that are here with us today and we believe in helping young people to create civic action to improve the world. I am going to turn it over to a colleague and friend from Facebook Education. [applause] hi, everyone. My name is nicole and i work on the Education Team focused on use leadership. Our mission is to provide young people with support and resources they need to drive positive changes in their communities and schools.
