NEW CONCORD Muskingum University has announced it will receive $200,000 in Capital Bill Funding in a partnership with Zane State College to support the Health & Wellness Complex at the campus in New Concord.
The funding is included with recent passed of Senate Bill 310 by a unanimous vote.
More than $4.3 million in funds will be allocated for numerous projects, such as the Health and Wellness Complex, throughout the 20th Ohio Senate District.
“I am excited that we are getting these funds out to some outstanding projects in the district,” said Ohio Sen. Tim Schaffer. “This is some much needed great news for our local communities in a year that has been difficult for so many Ohioans.”
