Enjoy a free concert featuring spring-themed music played by a trio of woodwind musicians from the Elgin Symphony Orchestra on Saturday, April 22, at 1 p.m. The concert will take place at the Barrington Area Library, 505 N. Northwest Highway in Barrington. <br/><br/>Gene Collerd, clarinet; Scott Metlicka, flute; and Collin Anderson, bassoon, will perform the first movement from Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons,” John W. Bratton’s “The Teddy Bears’ Picnic,” “A Whole New World” from the Disney movie “Aladdin,” Jimmy McHugh’s “On the Sunny Side of the Street,” and other seasonal favorites. <br/>Seating is limited for this free, family-friendly concert.
