The Paul Brown’s Pro Teams: A History of The Browns and Bengals exhibition in the Paul Brown Museum within the Massillon Museum will close Feb. 14. The history panels look closely at Brown’s coaching career and how he helped merge two leagues into the NFL.
Visitors can see photographs of Brown with other football icons and programs from both teams, as well as the AAFC coin flipped at the Nov. 2, 1947, Browns-vs-Buffalo Bills game and Cincinnati’s 1988 AFC Championship plaque.
Complimentary photographs feature Tommy Flynn, the Browns equipment manager and mascot, who provided comic entertainment at games and George Bird’s Musical Majorettes, an all-female marching band that performed at Browns games during the 1947 and 1948 seasons.
