It allows us to continue to sustain an investment of approximately 9 billion mainly spent in the United States. We have 40,000 combined employees in the United States. So i think its, you know, its a great deal, im very happy to be announcing this deal. I know you have a lot of thoughts on this deal, but the fact that headquarters will now be in ireland, is that just a formality in your opinion . Of course its a formality.
