Efforts underway to popularise mushroom cultivation: Razzaque Staff Correspondent 6th June, 2021 11:57:14 PM Agriculture Minister Dr. Muhammad Abdur Razzaque said a development project is going to be launched to expand mushroom cultivation across the country. “The potential for cash crop mushroom cultivation in the country is much higher. This possibility must be utilized to the maximum,” said the minister at a views exchange meeting as the chief guest on Sunday. He said, “improved varieties and cultivation techniques of mushrooms have already been invented. Now there is a need to rapidly expand and popularise it at the farmer and entrepreneurial level. The work is underway to adopt a development project.”
