Lagos State Government Shuts Down Another Market In Mushin, Cites Poor Sanitation

The Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu-led Lagos State Government has announced the shutting down of the Alamutu Market at Idioro, also in Mushin Local Government Area of the state over poor sanitation and inefficient waste disposal practices. The Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, who made this known in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday said that the market was sealed on Tuesday on his directive.
