Pacifiers sold at major retailers nationwide including TJ Maxx and Amazon are being recalled because they pose a choking hazard, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
US product safety authorities are warning consumers and parents not to use various Leachco, Inc. baby beds after reports of infant deaths as the beds pose a possible suffocation hazard. Authorities say infant loungers like these are not safe for infants to sleep on.
The pacifiers were sold at TJ Maxx, SpearmintLove, Lil' Tulips and Jade Company, as well as online through Amazon and Mushie.com from April 2021 through Dec. 2021.
