We are well into the new year now, however for those of you still holding onto the Christmas tree out the back, Cork County Council is providing a free Christmas tree drop off service at our civic amenity sites up to 31 January.
El Museo de las Aves llevará a cabo los dÃas sábado 19 y domingo 20 del presente mes una campaña de reciclaje denominada âUna menos al rellenoâ, mediante la cual, llevará a cabo el intercambio de una planta suculenta por cada 10 botellas de plástico PET que se entreguen en la institución.
Mediante dicha campaña, que se realiza en el marco de la celebración del DÃa Mundial del Medio Ambiente, se busca ofrecer a los saltillenses  una alternativa eficaz para disponer de este tipo de desechos que se generan diariamente en miles de hogares de esta ciudad.
