After a three-year COVID-induced hiatus, Pemaquid Oyster Festival returns to celebrate its 20th anniversary this Sept. 24 from noon until dusk at Mine Oyster in Boothbay Harbor, rain or shine. The festival features oysters from the Damariscotta.
