MUSCATINE, Iowa For over two decades, the Muscatine community has come together to make Two Weeks of Love a big success for the Salvation Army of Muscatine County. This year's Two Weeks of Love will kick off with Toy Time from Nov. 28 through Dec. 2 and conclude with Freezing for Food Dec. .
