The first edition of Muscat Beats, a music and culture festival, was officially launched under the patronage of Brig Jamal bin Said al Tai, Board Member of Oman Automobile Association (OAA) and Chairman of Muscat Beats Organising Committee, at Muscat Arena in OAA on Sunday.
