32 total violations, with 4 high-priority violations: High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee entered kitchen and put on gloves to bread chicken without washing their hands. Inspector stopped employee and had them wash their hands and put on gloves. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed two flies in front counter area. Observed two flies in kitchen area. High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit. Raw chicken stored over raw fish in kitchen reach-in cooler. Manager moved fish to shelf above chicken. Corrected On-Site
