As the pandemic grinds on and winterâs dark closes in, Boston Childrenâs Hospital clinical nutritionist Tara McCarthy is starting to hear a nearly identical confession from many parents: Weâre eating dinner at 5 p.m.
âItâs almost like theyâre ashamed,â she said.
But, she admitted, sheâs doing it, too. âWe start talking about dinner at breakfast.â
