KATHMANDU, Nov 22: The 15 Murrah buffalo bulls to be gifted by the Government of India to the Government of Nepal during Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal's visit to India are going to be brought to Nepal through the Rupaidiha border crossing on Thursday afternoon.
KATHMANDU, June 9: It takes around two months to bring Murrah buffalo bulls gifted by the Government of India to Nepal, according to the Department of Livestock Services (DLS).
KATHMANDU, June 5: The 15 Murrah buffalo bulls to be given from the Government of India to the Government of Nepal would be used for crossbreeding through artificial insemination in as high as 100,000 buffaloes and to increase milk production.
