The embattled national chairman of the Labour Party, Comrade Julius Abure and his national executive committee may be charged with forgery, conspiracy and perjury. This comes as they were indicted in a police investigation on the alleged forgery of signatures of candidates who won party primaries but had their tickets given to other persons.
The acclaimed winner of the Edo North senatorial primary election of the Labour Party, Mike Inaboya, has accused the national chairman of the party, Mr Julius Abure of illegally replacing his name with that of another person.
