A Nigerian woman, Dr Yemi Abisuga has narrated how she was extorted and maltreated at the airport in Angola's capital, Luanda by the country’s immigration, police and judge. Speaking to SaharaReporters, the woman based in South Africa, lamented the alleged profiling and exhibition of xenophobia by the Angola authorities. Abisuga alleged that she and other Nigerians were illegally detained for endless hours for refusing to part with bribes.
