Initial 50. Has there been any tracking of whether or not parents add into it or other people add into fund beyond the 50 . Yes, families have saved 1. 7 million of their own money in the account and no city funding that. Is Family Savings and 50 of the Family Savings qualify for free and reduced lunch.
