A workshop to spur interest in lawn bowling was held at Mumong Sports Complex yesterday.
Organised by Belait District Branch of the Youth and Sports Department, the workshop saw over 30 attendees.
The workshop was facilitated by Brunei Darussalam National Lawn Bowls Association players and members.
Workshop organising committee member Haji Ahmadi bin Hassim said the event in one of several initiatives by the department to promote sports in Belait District.
Due to positive response, the department will work with other associations and agencies to organise similar events.
