A video recorded by one of our BAR volunteers shows how the accused would lure dogs to an isolated place and then sexually assault them. That video was sent to me after which I immediately went to D N Nagar police station in Andheri to lodge the FIR. The accused had no remorse or shame for his act and had brazenly told the cops that he has been feeding animals and sometimes has sex with them. This was the level of depravity, said Vijay Mohnani, the founder of the NGO.
