MUMBAI: A Mumbai lawyer Ahmed Abdi has now sought orders from Bombay High Court to direct state to allot 100 acres of vacant land in Pahadi area of Go.
The Court held that there was no provision in the administrative law for the court to intervene in proceedings of regulatory bodies, when there was nothing wrong with the decision making process.
The Bombay High Court on Wednesday observed that licence to carry firearms is not a right of an individual but a matter of discretion of the government authorities.
Under the guise of returning the money, the fraudster duped the lawyer into making multiple payments by sending QR codes for specific payments. Then, he stopped answering calls and blocked the lawyer's phone number.
