COVID-19 cases in the country continue to show an upward trend with various states reporting a record high number of cases in 2021.
The national capital on Sunday (April 4) reported 4,033 fresh cases of COVID-19, highest single day increase this year, said a state health bulletin. This new addition has has taken the state total tally to 676,414.
In the past 24 hours Delhi recorded 21 fatalities taking the total death toll to 11,081.
