BRUNSWICK, Ga. Multiple County fire departments responded to a large fire in the downtown Brunswick area Sunday night, according to the Glynn County Emergency Management Agency.
The fire happened shortly before 8 p.m. near 225 Newcastle Street and crews worked to extinguish the fire well into the morning.
The Brunswick Fire Department told First Coast News the fire was caused by a small explosion at a warehouse. The warehouse was full of wood pellets, the fire department said.
