My sense is that we still have work to do on the penalties under title ix first because the penalty hence the students more than anyone else. It is, right now, very draconian for all those reasons it probably will be enforced. It would be nice to have a statute that was often force in. Really this out to be an area where it should be because the universities of to be eager to be complying with the standards and expectations that title ix creates.
