Man facing 24 counts of burglary tied to string of Rock County storage locker break-ins

ROCK, Wis. The Rock County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man believed to be responsible for a string of burglaries at commercial storage sheds throughout the Township of Rock.
Authorities had been investigating a string of burglaries over the past month at Mulrooney Moving and Storage, Reliable Property Management, and a Herf’s Fireworks storage container.
Their investigation, conducted in partnership with the Beloit Police Department, led law enforcement to arrest 27-year-old Jared R. Russell on multiple tentative charges.
Russell is facing 24 counts of burglary, 24 counts of damage to property and six counts of theft.
