Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot criticized the BJP, saying that the people of the state regret electing them to power within a month. He alleged that the BJP leaders lied during the election campaign and that violence against women has increased since the BJP came to power. Gehlot also commented on the recent raid by the Enforcement Directorate at the residence of a former minister, calling it arrogance. He welcomed the appointment of Tikaram Jully as the new leader of the Opposition in the state assembly. The BJP spokesperson responded by saying that the party is fulfilling its promises.
