KUSHTIA, April 17, 2021 (BSS)- Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif today said BNP has resorted to falsehood centering the lockdown.
“Those who are making falsehood centering the lockdown are enemies of the country and the nation,” he told reporters at his residence here.
Earlier, Hanif along with local leaders and workers of AL paid tributes at the Mujibnagar Memorial in Meherpur on the occasion of the historic Mujibnagar Day.
About BNP’s allegation that the lockdown has been enforced to shift the Hefajat movement to different direction, the AL joint general secretary said the government has enforced the lockdown on the basis of the recommendations of experts, not on a sole decision.
