The developer has won planning consent for a trade counter scheme on Knowsley Industrial Estate in Merseyside.
Known as the Knowsley Hub, the 50,000 sq ft scheme comprises seven units ranging in size from 8,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft. Redsun Projects acquired the three-acre site from Knowsley Council following a competitive tender process this year.
The developer has secured a 10,000 sq ft pre-let with building supplier Howdens Joinery and says terms have been agreed with another national building supplies merchant keen to take 6,000 sq ft.
The scheme is being designed and project managed by C4 Projects and Muir Consulting is the consultant engineer. B8 Real Estate and Avison Young are the joint letting agents. Construction is expected to start this summer.
