A Willmar man who pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal sexual conduct for raping a 14-year-old girl in June 2021 was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail and five years of probation. As part of a plea agreement, he received a stay of adjudication, which means the charge will be dismissed if he successfully completes his sentence.
