The Zamfara State Command of the Nigeria Police Force has said it has arrested at least two suspects in connection with the murder of Hamisu Danjibga, a reporter with the Voice of Nigeria in the state. Mr Hamisu Danjibga, a journalist who went missing in Zamfara State, Northwest Nigeria had been found dead in a soakaway behind his house. A statement by the Nigeria Union Journalist (NUJ), in September, recalled that Danjibga, a reporter with the Voice of Nigeria (VON), went missing earlier but was later found dead.
