As another round of rain fell across San Diego County Monday, people in the City of Encinitas remained on edge, as recent storms have caused significant flooding.
The Mudd House on Europa Street in Encinitas was going to reopen today but the opening date is now February 12. The owner Emma Storm Sabo says it’s delayed because of the rain.
