The Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) will release videos on Tuesday related to a deadly officer-involved shooting that occurred last month.
A 49-year-old man was killed in a drive-by shooting Sunday morning in the Garfield Park neighborhood, according to Chicago police.
