Hate crimes against minorities have increased for the second consecutive year, with an additional 300 incidents reported by the fbi. The lions share of the victims, mostly africanamericans being targeted for their racial or ethnic identities. But bear in mind, that even those numbers can be considered incomplete, as Law Enforcement agencies are not required to share hate Crime Statistics with the fbi.
